I talked on the phone initially to Heather. She was great! She was friendly, enthusiastic ,respectful and courteous. When I got there I was greeted by Eric Huffman. Together with sales manager James Malone they made my car buying experience Pleasant, smooth and uneventful. I told them what I wanted and they found me a vehicle. They even delivered it to my door! They made themselves available to me at anytime and I felt free to call with any questions. I love my new/2014 Volvo!

A couple of weeks ago my wife and I decided after leasing 22 E-class Mercedes Benz since 2006 it might be time for something different. So we began to test drive Mercedes Benz key competitors. BMW, Acura and of course Volvo. When we decided on Volvo we went to 3 different Volvo dealers. 2 dealers are within 5 miles of our house. We struck a deal with Volvo in Danvers. But it did not feel like the experience we are used to. Family owned business with focus on customer service. So I reached out to a cousin of mine who works for a company that tracks major metrics that should be important when choosing a dealership to do business with. She recommended Lovering Volvo of Nashua. This dealer is 35 miles and about 40 minutes from our house. When I presented the offer we were given Joseph Rhodes was our initial point of contact. He discussed the deal with Rick Lovering and they agreed to match or beat the offer we had in hand. Great Part 1 - success. Yesterday we went to finally meet the company key players in this deal. We also met Jesse who was very helpful in going through the vehicle options. Joe was helpful in facilitating the deal and Rick Lovering has been helpful locating our vehicles. Companies spend thousands of dollars in advertising trying to build a brand name. I always say the best adverting comes from word of mouth. A happy customer creates new customers. A disgruntled customer tears down a brand and reputation. I'm confident our deal will close this week as soon as Rick locates our vehicles. But I thought it was important to share my perspective and experience with someone trying to decide on where to buy their next vehicle. I am recommeding this dealer for anyone interested in buying or leasing a volvo. Mario

The sales team was very easy to work with. The salesman was generally quite knowledgeable and got back to us on questions that could not be immediately answered.
